tampa is a fuckin shithole. the road infrastructure is buckling. its one of the largest metro areas in the country and receives like 1/4 the funding. south tampa (north of gandy and south of kennedy) is literally the only white/nice areas left and the cost of living barrier is hard af. same apartment one block north of kennedy is 3-400$ cheaper because of the school zones (which is also shit)
