I don't blame you, I'd probably do the same thing if I was in your shoes. In my case my ancestors (well most except for one bloodline) came here in the late 19th and early 20th century. Since then my family has moved around so I'm not even in a city with my extended family. For people in my position without strong roots to a particular area, it seems like the PNW is a good place to set up shop.

We did some quick research and found a few reasons for the shortage and how some departments are working on solutions.
