the problem isn't gaming itself but the kind of games played. If you're 30 years old and playing games made for toddlers, like with Pikachu in it then you have problems. (I omit games you play like that to please the immature girl you're fucking). I think playing games with a strategic or tactical thought behind them is actually good for your mind, like playing chess. If you're managing the economy of a nation or tryign to figure out city planning I think that's actually quite worthwhile though it shouldn't be overdone.
