It's simple really. The Great Lakes alone hold 21% of the world's fresh water. The future of the US depends on this supply of fresh water in my estimation. The Southwestern parts of the US are too dry, and they've already begun discussion on siphoning this water reserve down to New Mexico. We take the lakes, we take the future of life on the continent.

Is that supposed to be code for somebody? I've always been interested in taking the Great Lakes because I live around the area. And I agree that the hour is late, but I am quite whitepilled about our current predicament. What many here don't realize is that we are some of a great many people who are sick of the current level of civilization and want to restore some kind of order. Even the feminists on a deep, unconscious level feel this. What the world is about to experience is a mass change in lifestyle, either from cataclysm or our own decision. Our current paradigm is literally unhealthy to us and the Earth. The crooked will always be set straight in one way or another, which is why I am currently working on creating a break away society, and this is why this plan interests me.
