This isn't necessarily a good thing. Niggers are being shipped around the country to rural - heavily white (90%+) counties and cities to offset the wrong think.
A few years ago I heard of housing projects that incentivized niggers to move south into central IL. I never got confirmation of such a project but I know Champaign has gotten real dark in last decade. It’s most chinks and nigs there now.

I was partially joking. Chicago has alley's for its trash, so there isn't any trash on the street. The river really is fucking disgusting though. I remember last time I was in Chicago I walked by it and saw a layer of goo on top of it, along with bits and pieces of trash inside the goo. Could be the opposite. Section 8 is big business. Gentrify first to push out the poor then convert all apartments and houses into section 8. The vouchers are based on median rent and income levels. The end result is only the rich and the poor that got into section 8 can afford the rent.
