No, the action being illegal is what caused it to become extra shady, resulting in more deaths, illness, abduction, etc. We can mandate STD tests for hookers. Well I don't know user. Maybe if all the things you say would happen actually happen, then you could be right. I just find it hard to believe that society would let it get to that point of complete and utter normalization, but knowing the current political climate, i wouldn't be too surprised.
