You need a pretty heavy cocktail of immunosuppresants to avoid organ rejection in the first place, that's correct. While my knowledge is limited (bachelor degree in molecular biology), I'd say that it is unlikely that any available hormone treatment will be able to recreate the proper conditions in the transplanted uterus for a pregnancy to occur, and even if it might be possible, carrying that pregnancy out to completion will be nigh impossible with our current technology and understanding.
