Gaddafi is literally peak liberal, he wanted Africa to have its own gold-backed currency and banking system. And before you accuse me of misrepresenting his politics I will preface that I have read the Green Book. He is basically a good example of why natlib anti-imperialism isn't inherently socialist at all.
