Look at the Scandinavian countries before. Look at them now.
It still doesn't work, and the Scandinavian countries prove this beyond doubt. If it worked, every Norwegian or Swedish family would have had 6 or 8 kids. Instead, they are enslaved to pay for someone else's family before they can consider their own and the result is a declining birthrate.
