I don't have blueprints, but you could get the external measures of the buildings via google earth, and match the insides via camera tracking. All you need to achieve, is somthing, that LOOKS believeable. Blender has defaults for what GoPro sensors and lenses look like, has a working camera tracker, and you have the video of St. Tarrants blessings, which has been made with a GoPro camera. And you know, that walls usually are rectangular, flat, and even.
In my humble opinion, that's all you need for making an interior map of the mosque, which looks good enough for a FPS.
