I have a theory about rampant and open corruption in these brown shitholes. Let's say that the smartest elites actually get to power and that the government is mostly run by high-IQs. Those people with the elite bloodlines and family connections don't give a shit about the nation and just care about lining their offshore bank accounts and keeping their positions. They don't have any kind of racial unity with the low-IQ, barely functional retards in their nation and they just go from one scam to the next. So of course the government is just going to pocket aid money. You and I would probably do the same.
