The only one that matters in regards to this discussion: the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Its definition is this:

It also states that sexual harassment is a type of sex discrimination that is prohibited by the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
AFAIK hate speech laws have never actually been challenged in the Supreme Courts. If they were they would obviously be ruled un-Constitutional as the Bill of Rights enumerates *some* of our lawfully protected rights. Including free speech.
