Law enforcement in Michigan says they've finally put away a vicious pedophile who not only engaged in the molestation of numerous children but also produced child pornography and was reported to have engaged in bestiality by having sexual relations with a horse on multiple occasions.
36-year-old Timothy Allen Weaver, of Dearborn, Michigan was first indicted in 2016 by a Cascade County Grand Jury after law enforcement with the Cascade County Sheriff's Office brought forth felony charges of deviate sexual conduct, solicitation of deviant sexual conduct, sexual abuse of children and assault on a minor as a result of a domestic dispute call to his residence, according to local affiliate KTVH.
The investigation began after the Cascade County Sheriff’s Office received a tip that Weaver was engaged in potential abuse of women and children at his home between Great Falls and Helena in the city of Dearborn, where he'd allegedly pointed a shotgun at two women telling them he'd take their lives if they “didn't get off his mountain,” according to police.
The women and some of the children at the residence then fled the scene, as Weaver covered himself in gasoline from head-to-toe, and locked himself in the house threatening to set himself on fire, according to court documents, while two infants remained inside the home.
Sheriff's Deputies would later determine from one of the women that Weaver had engaged in the sexual abuse of multiple women and their children inside the home, forcing her to have sexual relations with countless other women “she did not approve of,” as well as raping them to feed his “huge sexual appetite.”
The same victim claimed that Weaver had not only filmed the sex acts with himself and the children but of him having forced sexual relations with a black horse which was on the property. The disturbing bestiality claim added a non-human victim into the cycle of abuse, prompting law enforcement agencies to assume they were dealing with a very sick man.
