The chilling moment a teenager was carried semi-conscious from a nightclub after allegedly being injected with a date-rape drug has been captured on security cameras.
Shayna Karniewicz was celebrating her 18th birthday at the Universal Bar in Perth on Friday night, when things turned sinister.
The teen said she felt a sharp prick on her arm about 11.20pm, and the next thing she knew, she woke up paralysed on the bathroom floor unable to speak or move.
Friends helped get her out of the club with the help of a security guard before an ambulance arrived.
