To put it in context: Trump is immensely worried about the US trade deficit. He is worried that the amount of dollars having to be bought to trade with foreign countries, which he thinks could weaken the dollar long term and puts too much economic power in the hands of the Fed. So he is trying to get it down as much as he can and the biggest place from whence goods are imported? China. So he wants to stop Americans buying Chinese goods and chose steel because A) his working white class voters will like him for that (especially in PA) b) the Chinese are geopolitical enemies, anything to weaken them c) it deals with his trade deficit issues d) under the law he can actually do it.
What does a trade war look like? outside of ramping tariffs nobody knows, there hasn't been a proper one in 70 years.

I tried searching more on this story and I can't find anything. wtf?
He’s more upset about the trad deficit because it’s decreasing American Manufacturing. He wan’t America to produce goods for themselves, not buy foreign. He has good reason to be upset over this. The Ottoman Empire during there decline had a large trade deficit with Europe.

What are you talking about Iraq and Iran also fight ISIS together? Does that mean Iraq isn't a US puppet government either?
Iraq is probably more in Iran’s sphere of influence than the US.
First and foremost, stop the cult of personality around Lula (which is overdue anyway) and get back our class consciousness.
But I mean isn’t it more beneficial for both countries, economically to be in partnership, thereby satisfying both parties? I get that China and the US aren’t friends but I guess I don’t understand the reasons why.
They say a lot of things, maybe a fraction of them ever come true
