Gender dysphoria is a recognized mental illness with strong physical evidence from brain scans. I don't even like these people, but that seems fairly materialist to me.

Not really it's a mental illness which just so happens the best treatment is to transition. Even then there are differences between gender identity and their sex with chemicals being unbalanced in the brain are the causes of this, and there are plenty of studies proving this. In fact calling transsexuals or people who suffer from gender dysphoria as being "reactionary" screams reactionary in itself since your the one denying proven medical science.
Gender dysphoria is a very real thing and the idea that you are lumping millions of people world wide in all conditions of life who suffer this very illness as all being the "internet tranny" type is stupid and sounds like you fell for the le evil sjw tranny memes
