Ya, that's a positive. In North Korea's case they were necessary as deterrent; however in practice launching a nuke at the US would cause a multiplied effect of 1000000+ civilians and near instant retaliation that would leave them vulnerable for ground invasion.
Al I'm saying is the logistics of firing this powerful of a nation that has a bigger military than the rest of the world……nah……
