Gonna echo the "it's a conservative boomer hellhole now" guy. This means the organic 4Chan ebb'n'flow that led to the initial gamergate/Zig Forums shite isn't really going to happen. Those who were actual chantards may slowly realize how completely stupid they were to support a billionaire with Bushite-corporatist policy ideas, but with the embedded boomers/stormfags, I don't think it's gonna be like how chantards went from hating Bush to hating Obama (the latter actually took a long-ass time to peak, too) - the contrarianism is pretty much gone.

Given my experience, Zig Forums is an emotional creature and they'll shift the mood to whatever edgy bullshit that ""triggers the establishment""" which, in this case, still remains somewhat liberal, but still remain in favour of it.
I can in a sense see where you're coming from, as I'm seeing a shit-ton of grovelling from right-wingers towards leftypol recently because of how hard trump fucked up (launching missiles at Syria etc), but the problem with their proposed alliance is that the second the goal has been achieved we'll go back to shitposting at each other.
