Weed legalization in the US is heavily slanted toward porkies and toward whites. It's a matter of public record now that weed was criminalized specifically to target blacks and liberals, and that legacy has a lasting effect - it's almost entirely white people opening legal weed shops while black people get stuffed into prison for possession. And then you have the shit in some states where legalization bills specify that only specific companies are allowed to grow the plant that is called "weed" because it's so easy to grow. Land of the free, nigguh.
The real shit that should be getting legalized is the psychedelic family, which not only is useful in treating false consciousness, but has all kinds of uses in treating mental health generally.
