Marx and Keynes aren't compatible. Take the Sam Williams pill.

What gives you pause about Marxism? Why do you feel a sweeter spot can be reached?

Well if we go by marx prescription in the communist manifesto hed centralize all the power towards the state in the form of "democratic centralism" which has too much potential for abuse.
We have to find a more decentralized solution.

if you're OP then you read Capital and did not understand a fucking thing.

Water and oil.
Keynes wasn't so bad for a capitalist though. Eternally blowing lolbertards the fuck out is worth some credit.

Even assuming your premise is true (it's not), why would you propose that the solution would be found in capitalist theory?

that would be market socialism

No it isn't you twat, the answer is decentralised planning, google bookchin.

how is capitalism a solution

market socialism IS decentralised planning

market socialism is the opposite of capitalism, it implies collective ownership of the means of the production

It's shit decentralised planning, read The Next Revolutuion.

Markets are, by definition, unplanned.
I liked Tito, but the SFRY wasn't socialist in the strictest sense. It was more of a way to fully implement the capitalist mode of production in a way that kept things comfortable and stable for the civilian populace.
