However, criminal evasion (aka "fuck your shit homie I can't be bothered to find a lega tax haven/loophole, I'm putting this under my mattress") was estimated by some government bodies at 10% of national income. It was also found that upper-income brackets were totally responsible to this problem of missing untaxed income.
