Should we support groups like these? They talk a lot of shit about socialist countries, but on the plus side they are popular and radicalising a lot of Bernie people and liberals in general. They are introducing liberals to 20th century socialist groups like BPP etc, but whitewashing the more radical Leninist/Maoist politics of these groups.
You need to support them and criticize them, and try to persuade them to see things from your point of view like a normal human being
Carter King
the drama in the first link is fun to read but also makes me want to poke my eyes out
Grayson Foster
illiterate bafoons no, they're smearing by misrepresenting them, they are obviously severely mentally handicapped and should be euthanized
Gabriel Collins
Yes. The only problem with a group like this is they may go full id pol and refuse to cooperate with other socialist groups. But, as long as they don't do that, they're comrades.
Who cares? How could that have any immediate bearing on anything.
Oliver Williams
BSA seems to be breddy gud. They're quite critical of liberalism, while actually having a coherent socialist politics.
Caleb Peterson
I don't agree with state capitalism theory either, but it's not all that important in this case. Sectarianism based on semantics is the worst kind.
Christian Ward
It's clearly yet another FBI honeypot.
John Cook
Good luck with that nigger.
Kevin Nelson
To their credit, they have abstained from this, and have called out id-pol liberals who ignore class
Right now, maybe its acceptable for them to disregard USSR/PRC just to radicalise liberals who would be put off by any ☭TANKIE☭ism
Jason Thomas
any truth to this? Someone claimed they were cops, they have strange recruiting posts sometimes
Luke Nelson
We should pay more attention to the policy they want to have now than what they think of past socialist societys. Then either support them or not support them based on that as long as they can keep their "muh state capitalism" sperg outs in control.
Gabriel Rivera
All the evidence you need, coupled with their trot/cop antics. They are cops.
Aaron James
I don't think it's a honeypot since it doesn't seem like you can actually join them. It's just disinfo.
David Barnes
they're going deeper down the rabbit hole. Its a shame, they were radicalising so many liberals. Its no good to radicalise them only a little bit and then bring them back home comfortably into liberalism.
They stop basically at Bernie Sanders. Any criticism of Sanders' imperialism is dismissed, they really believe he is more socialist that Fidel and Lenin. They tend also to vulgarise the phrase 'dual power' of Lenin into just worker co-ops, as if that will topple capitalism. I think generally with people like these, we should keep criticisms quiet for now, while the left in America needs desperately to gain support, and eventually as we build a base through other parties and ditch these 'red liberals'. Although sometime, I wonder if radical liberal though is really the last bourgeois safeguard against a truly radical left, with its moralism and obsessive id-pol.
James Sullivan
lmao you are such fucking opportunists, pinning hopes on a blatant cop front
Michael Rodriguez
What else do we really have in the US besides this and Democrat Cops of America? Even if they are cop fronts spreading faux-radical 'socialism', isn't it good to temporarily let it grow, and when the time comes, turn people against them? There are many Bernie supporters/ liberals who grew up in the Cold War who would be opposed to really existing socialisms, who get nervous at the mention of the evil dictatorship of the proletariat.
Christian Taylor
No it isn't, fucking kill yourself. Holy fuck.
Sebastian Parker
No, they're stealing the Black Panther aesthetics and shit relentlessly on existing Socialism in the PRC ,Vietnam,Laos,Cuba. Also >muh soviet social imperialism and the audacity to call Cuba state capitalist
Oliver Moore
wtf do they mean by 'dual power'? the moment you call them on it they get on the defensive. They're just todays Bernsteins
