Someone should fix this image. The Kwantung army wasn't even close to 75% of the IJA. It's been so long since I've studied WWII I don't have any of my sources anymore, and the numbers for Japanese strength in '45 are hard to come across anyway. But I'm quite confident there where a million more men in China and somewhere around that number in Japan with a few hundred-thousand more scatted in SEA and elsewhere.
