Democrats will win in the end. The demographic decline of white americans and ascendancy of hispanic americans unirionically spells out the doom of the Republican party. Once states like Texas start flipping blue, the republicans will not be able to compete in the electoral college, which means no more conservatives in the all important federal judiciary. The Senate will remain competitive longer, but will eventually become blue as well.
Get used to democrats, multi-decade one party rule is around the proverbial corner. What remains to be seen is if the progressive socdems or the corporate democrats will triumph.

I'd contest that. Once the Republicans fade away there'll have to be a party to sweep in and occupy the power vaccum. Personally? My bet's on the Libertarians.

Winning elections means little if they can't deliver sweeping reforms. They must be prepared to steamroll opposition and ignore the shrieking from the corporate press. The Dems are straight up fucked. All the GOP needs to do is win a larger part of the Hispanic vote, and that is not too difficult if the definition of whiteness is tweaked to include some of them as honorary whites. Suddenly the visions of a brown America voting Democrat in perpetuity fall apart, as long as the Republicans continue their war on poor people voting and really fuck over the blacks. Not that it matters because in a decade and change they're just going to make voting illegal for the poor.

Nah. Obviously poor, FOTB hispanic immigrants overwhelmingly vote democrat, but second and third generation, primarily English speaking hispanic Americans also are still fairly solid democratic voters.
Even Puerto Ricans, the most conservative hispanic Americans, generally support some sort of amnesty and citizenship for illegal immigrants.
Hispanics seem to perceive that the democratic party supports their ethnic interest.

This is the exact demographic arithmetic that led to Civil War and will lead to one happening soon in the U.S. You think the Right is unaware of this? You think they'll put up with this? Steve Sailer and the reactionary blogosphere realized in the mid 2000s that dog whistling white nationalism would be the only way for the Republican party to remain viable in the long term in the face of demographic trends, but they were ignored and derided by the polite GoP establishment. Only Bannon, Coulter, the Mercers, and of course enthusiastic White Nats listened Steve Sailer. Promotion of white identity politics is strictly forbidden in the serious American conservative discourse. which goes back to a decision made by William F Buckley Jr. at the National Review, (which for decades was the most influential publication in the American Right).

Flash forward to 2014-2015. Trump enters the primary and has zero regard for the opinions of Beltway think tanks and National Review op-ed columns. He reads Coulters books, takes Mercer money, and brings Bannon into his inner circle, per Mercer's suggestion. His 2016 victory then proved the wisdom of the Sailer strategy, much to the chagrin of career republicans.

The Republican establishment has two clear options. They can become Trumpian and court the white vote by seizing onto nativism, nationalism, protectionism, and economic populism per the Sailer Strategy, and presumably win more elections. Or they can continue their naive outreach to the hispanic community, ignoring the fact that the well of hispanic good will was probably irrevocably poisoned by Trump in 2015-6. I think they will choose option B.

There is a difference between what Trump says and what the Republican Party actually does, though. Everyone with a lick of sense knows to ignore the retard. I think everyone also knows that the rulers are fine with the status quo, quasi-legal immigration that drives down the cost of illegal immigrant labor and visas for the well-connected. Neither the Republicans or Democrats seriously want to touch that unless they have to. They'll have to do an amnesty and give up the border patrol at some point but that time hasn't arrived yet, and that decision is going to be a bipartisan one because it involves the labor base and the police state, things that do not get fucked with unless the people behind the curtain allow it.

Like I said, make some hispanics honorary white people according to GOP logic and the race demographics don't matter as much. In the long term the nativists aren't going to get what they want, amnesty will be a dead issue, and it's back to guns, god, and complaining about black people. Financially, the Democrats are running out of donor money and have already given up more than half the land in the US. They're just barely holding on to urban political machines, and the only thing the bosses in those places really want is to keep the gravy train rolling. Eventually the urban proletariat will be so submerged that they either give up on voting or are forced away from the polls due to fuckery, and while the urban political machines can still hold on, the Republicans have a hammerlock on state and national offices in most of the country. I suspect New England machines for Democrats will start to break down and that will be the end of Democrats winning presidency.
