If communism has been around for a hundred years together with all which that entails anyone who would start getting into spouting ideas like that would sound to the people of tomorrow as is sounds like to someone within modern bourgeois parliamentary capitalism if someone starts talking about returning to absolute monarchy, the divine right of kings, and how we should just reinstitute serfdom and an agrarian economy.
It's just not going to happen, anyone spouting it will be regarded as a fringe loon and paranoiac. There simply is no material basis for the development of any coherent movement out of it. The last point in your example just won't happen and the idea that it would be even possible to roll back the wheel of history without some global cataclysm is absurd.

At most these ultrareactionaries of tomorrow will advocate a return the political system of today, of representative democracy, political parties and the like. This too will be at most mocked and receive no significant support or even notice at all with the libertarian individuals of communism any more than the advocates of absolutism and restorationism do today. So they will remain the sad little beings that they are in their basements fantasising about henry ford and steve jobs, some may even claim that the mass slaughter of workers in the Muskpocalypse of 2027 never happened and that if only his coup had succeeded the enlightened despotism of the captains of industry and the free market would have had us colonise other systems by now and set up several dyson spheres. They'll get together on obscure forums and post concept art of the hyperloop and jack off to how awesome it is and how the fucking commies stopped it happening. But that will be all.
Even if we were to assume communism didn't take the entire world in one go through revolution, we would look at the remaining parliamentary and otherwise representative democracies in much the same way we look at saudi arabia today. As archaic and inhumane, abusive systems of government to the abolition of which we all look fondly. And even there the economic base will have changed and socialist relations of production would dominate. No one will really want to restore the political systems of yesterday, the vast majority of people will recognise the current order as the highest and most advanced in human history which has bestowed on us nothing but prosperity and liberty for all.

how would you make money on a capitalist enterprise, it's literally imposible in fullcommunism, here i'll do the thinking for you to realise why.
if you make an enterprise it has to sell goods at lower rates than the government to sell anything, but the goods of the goverment are priced at their labour time level, so you need to be more efficient than the government to make any profit, then you make the enterprise and nobody cares that you are selling, why?, because for the same work the government would have given you the average labour content your product has in all society, effectively paying you the government rate, which is higher than you price, so effectively any idea you had you would make more by taking it to the government
