New US Constitution

Here's a fun exercise.
Let's create a new US Constitution.
I propose that all the reactionaries that defend the current US Constitution get executed, along with Jeff Bezos and other scum.

ok, lets do this:
marxists.org/reference/archive/stalin/works/1936/12/05.htm

1. Create an actual constitutional right to privacy.
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Griswold_v._Connecticut#Court's_decision_on_relationship_with_the_right_to_privacy

2. Create some mechanism where decisions of the FISA courts are actually reviewed by the Supreme court

3. Walk back the imperial presidency, and reassert that it is the exclusive right of congress to initiate military action.

4. Require a budgets surplus for all years going forward, to begin paying down the national debt.

5. Militarize the borders, DDR style

6. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Read_the_Bills_Act

7. legalize hallucinogens

Better yet, abolish the Supreme Court

if a constitution is going to be meaningful, then there has to be a final authority responsible for it's enforcement
i'd rather the final authority be the courts, than an executive or the legislature

The supreme court has proven a very good mechanism for maintaining the capitalist system, it wouldn't be bad to have something like it that can rule party or government actions un-communist-constitutional.

8. Mandatory gun ownership for every residence, with no restrictions on function.
9. Centrally plan the economy with supercomputers.
10. Organize unions and workers’ councils, but disband those deemed not far left enough.
11. Cultivate a radical communist military culture, as a safeguard against a reactionary coup.

What do you think about California's new privacy laws?

You're alright elephant man.

Looks good. There certainly need to be some consumer protection in that sector. 100 page long terms and conditions where we sign away our first born to the zucc are definitely suboptimal.

When I'm talking about a right to privacy though, I mean more than just stopping Silicon Valley from compiling creepy portfolios on us. Americans think of privacy generally, as a natural and inalienable right. But if you read our constitution, you'll notice it isn't actually enshrined with all the other rights that Americans are so fond of. Specific privacy related matters are addressed, (like the laughably anachronistic 3rd amendment) but not privacy in general. In 1965 the SCOTUS decided that the constitution *implies* a right to privacy, but that's just esoteric legal bullshit. A real right should be amended in.

imagine leftists creating a conservative document

What would you have? Some kind of alternative to laws without writing laws? Calvinball?

lmao, incredible metaphor

Roaming enforcer squads that are authorized to perform summary executions of any one who fails a loyalty test are legal. service in these volunteer squads when asked will be classed as failing a loyalty test.

Back from the dead, Beria?

Elaborate.

...

fuck off utopian

Explicitly state that free speech doesn't just apply to the government and private entities cannot just use "its muh property" as an excuse to censor/ban people.

mah man

-No states, only municipalities. That way, even if the authority is central, its still far more democratic than right now. Leave the federal gov to take care of the border and airspace.

-Reduce the police to investigative and special roles (hostage situations, terrorism, etc), and leave citizens to decide how to best defend their towns. That would both reduce bureaucracy and increase cohesion and unity between citizens.

-Use chain-block logic for bureaucratic processes: each municipality checks documents of it's own and its neighboring ones, and them sends them all around again. More redundancy, less mistakes, bigger likelihood of catching deviations, more proofs, more data and safer to keep than just having it all in a few buildings.

-Instead of censorship, just make sure people that have already proved themselves to care about the revolution are the ones that get to be heard. Budget for production and publishing of art, news and commentary should either be easier or plain exclusive for those that have merit (served on the military, worked for the gov, denounced illegal activity, got through school with flying colors, made important research, etc).

-Prison should be an ancap simulacron: every prisoner gets a certain amount of prison bucks when they get in,that are used to buy meals and rent beds, and they decide between themselves how things should go from there. Best case scenario, they learn how to cooperate and start to value their society. Worst case scenario, the leeches won't survive.

Also on that system of merit: I think that in the same way we have a credit score, we could have a worker score, that gives you points from taking any job (thought unwanted and risky jobs should obviously award more) and for doing voluntary work (from disaster relief to cutting the lawn in your neighborhood's square).

This is my suggestion for the new US constitution preamble

WHY

We get rid of the reactionaries first.

I’d definitely hope to see something like the Ludlow Amendment in the US Constitution, though it will never happen under the current state for obvious reasons. For those unfamiliar:

My Communist fantasy scenario:

1. Make Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii seperate socialist republics participating in a union.
2. Form a new council of nationalities for all the oppressed nationalities in the USA
3. Nationalize all Major companys (small ones can stay… for now.)
4. Call of Embargo on Cuba and offer them a place in the new Union. Offer aid to Venezuela.
5. Get to work making the country renewable
6. Reindustrialize the rust belt and other places that need it
7. Start a 5 year plan to become more self sufficient because lots of countrys probably won't trade anymore.
8. Form a new international
9. I think a system kind of like Cuba's democracy would be nice.

Sooo uhhh how are you guys different from Zig Forums exactly?

That's not what counterrevolutionary means

The difference is we shoot at the guys trying to shoot us. Zig Forums shoots the guys who just want a bit of bum fun or don't like eating pork.

I would put a lot of resources into Amtrak, NASA, and a nationalizing health care and make those 3 things the Jewels of American society.

No doubt about that.
