r/ChapoTrapHouse is more radical than the podcast in it's rhetoric, preferred slogans (ACAB, abolish the police, etc.) and aesthetics (flairs representing Castro, Malcolm X, Marx, anarchist flags etc.), but almost always turns out to be to the right of the podcast in actual substance. It's especially apparent when something like Syria or the DPRK comes up for discussion. All of the co-hosts are staunchly anti-imperialist, but in the sub there's always a few people arguing in favor of US intervention and the rest just say something about how actually both Assas and Trump are bad so who cares really (except for that vris guy, he's usually pretty based).

"Anarcho-liberal" is actually a perfect label for that sub. Radical rhetoric and aesthetics, liberal in essence.

IIRC, she was organizing some Democrat Cops of America event about universal healthcare, and some people from the "DSA disability caucus" started throwing a fit about it on social media because she didn't contact them for input- unsurprisingly the main guy making a big deal about it was an idpol-obsessed red lib who had until just recently been an outspoken "I'm with Her" Hillbot, and was likely jumping at an opportunity to get back at the big bad "Bernie Bros". Amber responded by posting some excerpt from a book that talked about some deranged weirdo who joined a socialist org and ended up doing nothing but sabotaging it and causing trouble for its members, and of course the guys who were mad at her didn't take kindly to that. It later turned out that she HAD actually tried to contact them in the first place, but they couldn't even be assed to list their correct contact info so she wasn't able to reach them.
I think there was a similar situation more recently involving many of the same people who were still buttmad from before, though I don't know all the details

The Amazon solidarity boycott during strikes is an absurd strategy. The strikes are most effective when there is a lot to do and are often timed that way. If you agree with those on strike (and you don't mind things potentially getting delivered a bit later) it makes more sense to order precisely when there is a strike.
