TL;DR: I lost my house in an earthquake and also all my money on a U.S. based cryptocurrency exchange because U.S. government sanctioned normal Iranian citizens like me and now I'm homeless. I am inside Iran and live in a tent.

No that one is recent. This exchange disabled my account in 2017 and refuses to give me my money because of a law that Trump passed which was targeting normal Iranian citizens like me.

How do you get the money from gofundme or cashing out the cryptos if you are under sanctions? wouln't you just have the same problems.
Some cell towers are still working. I'm using a cheap 4G USB modem on an old laptop. That's all that is left for me.
Some guy i knew from Europe told me he would help me with that because PayPal sanctioned Iran and i can't have a PayPal account.
There is a Iranian exchange (not crypto exchange but normal exchange) that buys Bitcoin and gives you Rial (Iranian currency)
I feel for you user, that's some real shit. Have you tried contacting someone outside the US-EU and try an indirect transfer? Perhaps through Russia?
Also tangentially, what is welfare like in Iran? What has the Iranian state done with regards to your situation?
Yes i tried to do it from Turkey but i still failed. We have welfare but it's next to nothing. I am alive on humanitarian aid right now.
