Kek, most of these are easily explainable. The chimney, for example, was destroyed during the capture of the camp, but was rebuildt by the Russians later, when they restored the camp as a museum. They didn't attach the chimney to the crematorium because they felt it was improper to have a functioning death-camp after the war.
