Classic example of trots being idealist splitters who think the creation of more snowflake fractions is gonna help. The existing trade unions (which aren't "pro-corporate", they played a crucial role in several social struggles over the last years such as the closure of Ford Genk in 2012) ought to be maintained, yet radicalized from within. We have a useless division into 3 distinct trade unions already, a result of the 19th-century pillarisation which also divided schools, mutualities, political parties, cafes and basically everything you can think of into a liberal, socialist and catholic pillar. Breaking it up even further isn't the solution, nor do I think abandoning trade unions and replacing them with actual soviets (what they seem to be implying) is anywhere near a viable option
