Exactly that only plays into the hands of the reactionary parties and politicians! Because they can represent themselves again as the protectors of the native workers! For example, when the neoliberal capitalists bring foreigners into their countries to let them work for them as cheap laborers, the neoconservative capitalists use this to portray the foreigners as the enemies of the native workers and to present themselves as protectors and by that win the native workers for themselves and their reactionary, neoconservative parties!

How will the proletariat amass the resources and power needed in their native countries when the bourgeoisie keeps them destitute and powerless.
By migrating to another country where the standard of living, opportunities, and access to information are better that allows them to send money back home through remittances to accquire resources and use their education to start a revolution.
