Minimum wage, free healthcare/education, employee ownership, lower/abolishing rent, guaranteed jobs; I.e. solutions that pertain to the material struggles of the working classes.
Don't come to people people with utopian nonsense. And don't bother them with issues that don't immediately pertain to their material (self) interests. That goes for both idpol and autistic pedantry (I.e. whether the USSR was socialist or not, etc.).
Same goes for all anti-imperialism that isn't rooted in 'war is paid out of your pocket'.
