Basque Country

My high school French teacher (Madame Nelson) was a proponent of Basque sovereignty. I wasn't politically aware then but the more I think back on it, she had some pretty radical politics overall–we had a unit devoted to the Paris Commune that I'm sure was not part of Alliance Francaise standard teaching kit.

Can someone here leftpill me on Basque Leftism? I know it has some nationalistic/ethnocentric qualities, but any direction towards primary thinkers in the movement or memes would help.

ETA was based

I'm trying to find some of the ETA's guiding texts etc?

Reminder that all of Western Europe was stolen from the Basques by Indo-European settler-colonialism. We must decolonize and return their ancestral land.

Reminder that ETA celebrated that the baltic states seceded from the USSR.

The ETA was gay and wanted to destroy a multicultural federal Iberia.
