Petite Bourgeoisie Tube ?!!?!?!

Seconded, also where is Tovarishch Endymion. Easily one of the most straight forward and makes the least moralist appeals.

Too be fair, moral appeal is going to be part of any politics, we are humans after all, and communists fight alienation. But I did like Endymion's argument against the free market using p-zombes, that was really clever.

Nah man, nothing wrong at all!

He'll be back to being your ordinary fascist expat as soon as she leaves him. Like blackpigeonspeaks.

Is philosophytube even "left"?

I mean some moralizing is ok, but I would assume that if someones only arguement against capitalism is that it's evil, then that person hasn't fully realized why capitalism should be replaced with communism

Eh, I guess so. I mean I think he is probably, at best, an 'anarcho'-liberal. He isn't the best, but there are definitely worse

He's a massive idealist. When people are idealist, its hard to tell what they believe because they only ever talk about their feelings and not concrete fact. Contrapoints has got herself into trouble with it.

Moral appeal can only go so far and as time goes on it's only going to become less and less viable. At the end of the day people want solutions, not backpats or lectures. Liberals of every stripe have been trying to play the "moral" game for decades, and now it's starting to wear it's welcome as people become more and more dissatisfied. This is what has allowed the far-right to fester. When what people used to consider "good" starts failing them and offers no solutions, we shouldn't be surprised when people start turning to what society considered "bad" for answers. We must reject this form of moral argumentation all together, and break the cycle of petty moralist preaching and preying. We must view and portray the struggle for communism not as some idealistic struggle for what we merely want or something which would simply be "nice" or "good", but as an absolute cause which MUST be followed through to completion. Not as an imaginary option, but a necessity. Both the liberals and the far-right stand on weak foundations, and more than ever stands the opportunity for us to collapse both in a strike which differentiates us from both groups and puts us on solid footing.

I agree. I just think you shouldn't alienate people on your side, since that itself would be liberalism. But of course any argument ultimately has to be based on dialectical materialism because if you make arguments mostly based on emotion, people who feel the same way as you will be won over, but when you come against the right wing, who are rapists, genocidal maniacs, degenerates and morons, you're going to crumble because they give a fuck about how anyone feels except themselves.

The whole drama two months ago was when I really started to feel vibes. He kind of talks over people and has a weird dynamic with his partner Luna on stream that just isn't a good look. Everyone involved in that entire shitshow came out looking real bad imo during the streams especially.

Equivocating about vampire castles when it comes to sexual assault is just grime. It's such an obvious trap. It took days for people to get everything together when all that should've been said was, "here's what happened, here's what I believe should've happened," and anything beyond that gets circlejerky.

That's how basically every one of his pieces involving puppets feels, though. Emerican, sometimes admittedly, is only really making content for the left.
