This, but not like… "it is inevitable," terms. It's a likely outcome of the poor material conditions currently, the serfdom of laborers, and the climate disaster coming soon. People will revolt because they need to live. The conditions are right to make people angry from the great pain and sorrow that's coming. They see their kids starving from famine and mass migrations of other starving people showing up to the gates to this bizarre, pretend city on a hill… you better bet it's time to start changing things without any damn input from the political leadership. They are really asleep at the wheel and when democracy fails totally, people will wake the fuck up; it'll either go eco-fascist or some kind of green Stalinism.
