honestly most explicitly leftist hip hop is either pretty corny or extremely niche. better imo to listen to whats good with a critical ear and find the contradictions in it, the leftist and reactionary potentials

as a whole, the political trajectory of hip-hop is so incredibly disappointing. so much of the lyricism and culture is now centered on worshiping the wealth of the 500 rappers or so that are able to lift themselves out of poverty, their sexual prowess, or drug abuse. at least golden age hip-hop like public enemy attempted to stir up resentment towards authority.
this trajectory is emblematic of the failure of blacks in america to pose a popular alternative to the hell they live in. now they worship this new black bourgeoisie class. just think about this: kenrick lamar is the only rapper today to have mainstream success and approval that is considered a progressive. he is an obama supporter whose core message is "just stop being racist." there's this perpetual narrative of progress centered around the presence of wealthy african-americans (including athletes) as long as they "give back to their community" and vaguely disavow racism, but almost none of them understand the terrible living conditions of african-americans as an issue of economic exploitation. almost none of them use their positions to promote any improvement for the material conditions of african-americans. it's very depressing.
hip-hop has much more artistic and political potential than 1930s/40s popular music like swing, crooners, and country music.

dalek makes good leftist hip-hop/noise btw youtube.com/watch?v=1R2dbY4tmOg

Deltron 3030 with their self titled album is probably my favorite Hip Hop album of all time. The album is a masterpiece, set in a dystopian future rebelling against the new world order in the year 3030.

Man you wont like to hear it, but BTS have stated that quite a few of their songs are inspired by marxism, and their leader owns quite a bit of communist literature. If you’d like more serious recommendations I’d be more than happy

Zillikami x SosMula are amazing in the sense that they deliver an amazing delivery and that they are just peak capitalism realism .
Now the vast majority of the lyrics are very violent trap shit about money, drugs, sex and GUNS (the violence factor in these duo is just over the top relatively to other mainstream artists) . But what makes this duo interesting are these very short instances of pure cynical ideology, let me put it how zizek puts it, "I very know well what I am doing but I am doing it nonetheless"

Take for example this hook from their track "Nuka Cola":
"Me, I like my semi big
Me, I like my 30 clip
Me, I never ever miss
'Cause ignorance is elegant"

Or at the beginning of this verse from "Snow On Tha Bluff".
"All my niggas with the shits, and ignorant
We just young black, and militant, and full of shit
Got your gun out, then bust it then
I hope it jams on yo' ass and you get done in
I ain't your friend, I'm on my bullshit, hood shit
Red ragaroo shit
That barkin' won't do shit
Got guns like I'm ISIS
Big whoop whoop shit
Don't fight, shoot shit
We move like a unit
Don't need no computers"
