Ehhhh, a lot of Quebec nationalists are pretty reactionary. They tend to be very anti-indigenous and Islamophobic as you can tell from the recent bill that was passed prohibiting hijabs and other religious garments on public workers (this will ultimately limit the jobs Muslim women will be able to do). They're also behind scaling back immigration to Quebec on the basis immigrants are either distorting the language demographics (they aren't, most immigrants to Quebec already come from French-speaking countries like Morocco or Haiti) or pro-Canadian.
I would never support Quebec separation unless it was guaranteed to become a socialist state.
