Why was the Novemberrevolution so dominated by Jews? Usually stormfag memes about things like the Russian revolution being dominated by Jews are flat-out lies but for the German Novemberrevolution it seems that, at least on the surface, there was a heavily disproportionate amount of Jews in the leadership?

Antisemitism and right-wing German nationalism were already heavily overlapping by this point, so it only makes sense that Jews would be disproportionately more likely to join a movement that opposed the people who wanted to kill them.

I mean, Israel should be all the proof people need that Jews aren't inherently inclined to side with left-wing ideology.

The "revolution" succeeded, but the communists did not. The Spartacists were supressed, the liberals and SocDems took hold of the government, and Germany went the way it did. If your a SocDem the revolution succeeded, but if you're a communist it did not.
