If you honestly, if you want to force the B.P to do their jobs you need to get several hundred heavily armed men and put the B.P's back to the wall.
Have some men out of that large group of men wait for illegals to start climbing the wall to shoot them, and have the rest of the men point their guns at the B.P and tell the border patrol that if they interfere the armed men,the small army of armed men will kill them all down to their police dogs.
The Military does not want to be down at the border, they never really put in the effort to stop the invasion before & after Reagan's Amnesty.. Now there are about 20 million illegals and their anchor babies in the country.The generals are far more concerned with getting females to serve in combat duty at the cost of lowering the standards than they have ever been about the Illegal migration problem of the US and of Europe.
The GOP politicians are no better than those Mexican Police who've lead the invasion to the border. When Hurricane Harvey left Texas the GOP was far more concerned with giving Amnesty to Obama's dreamers than they were about the hurricane victims. They were pushing to pass amnesty for quite some time before they got around to pass the aid bill.

There were no troops there, California didn't permit it. However the border patrol agents at the checkpoint shredded all the asylum documents so we were "fresh out" when they came to apply. There are 1500 migrants but only around a dozen application papers, most of which were probably filled incorrectly.

Previously Trump said when California's governor rejected using Guard units for border patrol, he's going to pull ICE from california entirely and seal it off. I think that's a huge loss to give up a major state, but it may be the only way around states rights. Let it fill up with beaners, then reconquista it from them when they decide to secede.
