Only the Army and Marines seem to be pulling their weight and being serious about fighting a war, taking casualties, and achieving objectives.

Collectively have a few hundred modern tanks, rest of their "armored force" are wheeled vehicles designed to police and suppress insurrection, once it turns into an empire. I find it hard to believe that the entirety of Europe, and a majority of the commonwealth countries can't at least have a fighting chance. It would be a fucking logical nightmare trying to communicate with every country at once. As well as the Russians would have a lot of ground to cover, and historically have failures in offencive Wars. Chechnya, Afghanistan, Finland, Poland, Estonia and more. Even if they do have a immediate victory over the government, they cannot hold the continent. No one has ever held it all, not even the Europeans themselves own all of Europe for the majority of history.

Most commonwealth countries have utterly gutted their armies, as has much of Western Europe. When was the last time any of the aforementioned aside from the FFL done anything than shoot at some goat herder who is getting his jolly's off plinking with an old .303? Even the invasion and occupation of Iraq became a god forsaken bog worse than Vietnam. A Russian army is at minimum three infantry brigades, 4 artillery brigades (1xSAM, 1xtactical missile, 1xartillery, 1xrocket), 3 support brigades (1xsappers, 1xlogistic, 1xEW).
Nearly all of them have 4 combat brigades, typically 3 infantry/1 tank brigade (though 4 infantry exists).

The Russian military is currently also trying to get 1 army per Command (except Arctic Command) to a division format (3 infantry divisions/1 tank division). A division is always formed 3 infantry/1 tank regiment (regiment=brigade), for an infantry division, 3 tank/1 infantry regiment for a tank division.

90 MBTs, 4 command MBTs, 37 IFVs, 6 command APCs, 3 armored recon, 18 152mm SPG, 18 122mm MLRS systems, 8 heavy mortar, 12 medium-range SAM launchers, 6 short-range SAM launchers, 6 SPAAG, 27 ManPADs.

Now for the artillery:
An artillery brigade looks like.
8 220mm MLRS, 18 152mm gun, 12 AT guns, 18 self-propelled ATGM launchers, 3 artillery reconaissance vehicles, 2 audiometric location vehicles.
A Russian rocket brigade:
18 300mm MLRS
A Russian missile brigade:
12 launchers.
An Air defense brigade:
24 launchers minimum.

So what have we learned?

The smallest Russian army (with only 3 infantry brigade) is 123 MBTs, 360 IFVs, 126 152mm guns, 26 heavy MLRS, 54 122mm MLRS, 48 AT guns, 54 SP ATGM, 12 tactical missiles launchers, 60 medium-range SAMs, 127 short-range SAM.

That's half the tanks of the french army, more than half the IFV's, 20% more artillery, 100% more heavy MLRS, 5400% more light MLRS, 4800% more AT guns, 5400% more SP ATGM, 1200% more tactical missiles, 6000% more medium-range SAM and about the 4/5 of short range SAMs.
Again French Army = biggest of the bunch.

I don't think the Russian MoD knows the total numbers. For a while they were saying they could call 2 millions more soldiers (which was dubious). Since then they've been revamping and experimenting with the reserves to be more active, a bit like the US national guard, so the current format is anywhere between 100k and 2M.
They're revamping so much shit it's hard to keep track of everything, but yeah since 2014 they're convinced NATO want war and are restructuring their army for high intensity warfare, while NATO keeps provoking them politically and doing almost nothing really military-wise, because "we're the best, anyway".
