The phase was used for a poster campaign across colleges in several western nations a few months back. It was carefully written to make sure it wasn't supremacist, racist, aggressive, or in any way negative. It caused an almighty triggering as SJWs etc cannot accept the statement but cannot come out against it without outing themselves as pathologically anti-white.
