My date with a christian girl
Gabriel Reyes
Christian Hernandez
God will provide you a wife if it be in His plan for you user. Keep following Christ and keeping His commandments, that is the heart of the unceasing prayer. Doing so will give you blessings beyond what you're able to receive as one man.
You met one once, you can do it again. Take that confidence and move forward.
Adam Evans
She's sadly in the 99th percentile in terms of Western women. Make her begome gadolig.
Christopher Gomez
Thanks for the kind words, user. I'm not giving up hope and will not start doubting Him. But not going to lie, getting my hopes up and having them destroyed by her heretic drivel was soul crushing.
She's been in that sect since childhood and seems to like it. I'm afraid arguing with a brainwashed person is pointless.
Landon Davis
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
Juan Brown
Instead of being an autist why don't you convince her through calm explanation why her views are wrong?
Elijah Flores
This. OP is giving up too easily
Xavier Ross
What congregation doesn't believe in the afterlife?
Like, I'm 50/50 on whether hell is an allegory for the eternal suffering that occurs in the instant you realize you're facing non-existence (because that'd be consistent with the wages of sin are death) or whether it's an actual plane of existence. I believe in Hades or the Sheol, cause' Jesus went there and preached, but that's not Gehenna and the two aren't interchangeable.
But eternal life and heaven, that's just solidly what Christ says he gives to those who follow him. If you don't believe that, you're not Christian.
Luke Reyes
some new age religious sect or one of those weirdo money grabbing institutions like Jehovah's witness is my guess
Daniel Hall
Universal memetarians probably
Ayden Bell
Some heresy gets curiouser and curiouser as time goes on.
Robert Flores
So, she's a "Christian Athiest?
Liam Hughes
no she is simply a protestashit(USER WAS WARNED FOR BREAKING RULE 2)
Ian Adams
make her begome
Ian Johnson
Invite her to your church.
Don't try to convince her through argument. People don't begome because you have mind blowing arguments theyve never heard lol. She will convert if you're her husband.
If not, ignore the heretic. God will send you a real Christian woman one day
Owen White

Not that it will be easy of course, but remember that helping her would cause quite a celebration in heaven. The best advice I can think of is simple patience; if someone thinks this way they are either not that devoted to Jesus at all or particularly devoted to a very strange reading of what he says. I don't know which, if either or both, is the case, but either way you have the potential to save her and should consider, with honesty and without fear how Jesus could be reaching out to you.
Ian Cruz
It's so hard to find a Christian girl. I've been debating datin a certain girl recently, but I'm really not sure where she stands on religion. And what the hell do I do if she's no religious, do I break it up on the spot or try to change her mind?
Carter Johnson
Bring her to mass with you. If she is of good will she will convert herself.
Kayden Anderson
I don't want to discourage you guys, but a lot of people don't research these things through, and simply stick to a belief, so presenting correct information won't unlock her discovery of the truth. Sometimes people choose to believe in New Age garbage because it "works" for them regardless that what they're practicing is actual satanic magic or not. The more resistant someone is to certain well known topics (like Christianity which is considered antiquated, impractical, powerless (in the eyes of the majority of the secular world) ) the easier she will reject it and the more resistant she will become to it. There are people who don't care if you can prove their beliefs are satanic garbage even without using the bible, they will simply hand-wave your theology away, because what they're doing is or has worked for them. Especially when they have perceived miracles relating to them. It's also probably that she needs to hit a rock bottom before reaching true Christianity.
I would say to OP, try to correct her, but don't waste your time, find a woman who is a genuine christian and date her.
Dominic Diaz
Whether she likes it or not has no bearing on the fact that heretics will burn for eternity.
She seems like a nice girl, try to get her to begome Galvinist :DD
Henry Cooper
JW. They don't believe in the trinity either.
Nolan Diaz
OP, try to convert her, but have no delusion that she's a keeper. Women are replaceable. There are even slightly more women then men on the planet. If you want a wife, then look in your church. Go to another church. Keep trying. But this girl seems like nothing more than a conversion goal. Also, do not let her tempt you.
Caleb Smith
Talking to her right now. She actually defends shutting off your family members out of your life completely if they wish to leave their faith. Makes it sound like it's perfectly fine and makes sense. Defends not being able to receive blood donations and would rather die. Says the end of the world is near. Also says it's not a cult.
I'm afraid she's a lost cause. But it's kind of heart breaking because she was born into it and doesn't have a choice. Wouldn't be able to leave even if she wanted to because that would mean losing whole family and friends. This is seriously messed up.
Jordan Johnson
That’s what you did wrong.
Jokes aside, like many suggested here, try to show her why her congregation is wrong.
Noah Price
No she's protestant. You will not be the first catho to marry one. So settle this issue telling her your opinion.
Colton Morales
You fucked up, there was every opportunity to explain that even if "there isnt a heaven or hell or afterlife" it doesnt matter because on every level the consequences are equally dire. Lets say we presume hypothetically that they dont exist, the pain, anguish, suffering and judgement will fall on them immediately like a blazing firey sword of eternal damnation. Thats like saying "haha I wont get AIDS Ill just stick myself with this rusty needle" its like the idea of acting that way will lead you to a hell of its own doing.
Nathaniel Thomas
shes a Jehovahs witness I believe
Michael Baker
So what? My wife was an atheist that dabbled in wiccan garbage until I met her and went on a crusade against it. I slowly convinced her of God but I was not loose about it. I made it clear that God exists, that the Bible is the truth, and that there is no compromise in this household. But I didn't just say "trust me". I also showed her movies like the Prince of Egypt, the Ten Commandments, Son of God, the Netflix Bible series, the various Marian apparitions, how Christ affected my life personally, and the beauty of an eastern catholic mass. Now she prays almost every day and fasts weekly with me, and asks all the time about God. it doesn't take much. Just don't compromise your faith. the woman wants you. they will adapt and come to their senses to be with you
Eli Scott
Right on!
Blake Russell
Subtle difference, but it's more effective to show her that you're right.
Easton Cook
That's not a religion or a cult. There is no organization, no pressure from other members. Nobody really believes in this shit, it's just what bored women do to feel special. And obviously they will drop it as soon as they find something better.
The difference to JW is that they are fanatics who will rather let their own children die to blood lose than get transfusion.
Hunter Jones
She does have a choice though, but that only makes it even more heartbreaking.
Alexander Hernandez
No disrespecting the mods but he's probably right in that it's just one of those weird-ass protestant denominations.
Grayson Jones
It's likely they may call themselves "Protestant," but per the rules of the board and, in all honesty, Protestant means Christian and Christian means believing the Nicene Creed, which states that Heaven, Hell, and the afterlife are all very real.
Bentley Kelly
I'd add that painting Protestants at large with the same brush one paints weird non-Christians is not charitable. I see no problem in saying that the reformation and the creation of 33,000 denominations had led to these things, though.
Luis Myers
Marry her and step by step redpill her. She can't be that stupid as to not understand the heaven and hell concept. It's not her fault she's been around heretics.
Josiah White
Exactly. Marry her, put some babies in her, bring her and them to Church, get them catechized properly over time.
Don't let a search for the best become an enemy of the good.
Cooper Flores
I don't think that's good advice. Certainly didn't work on my dad, who didn't really go to church before marriage. My mom tried for 20 years but 0 results.
Juan Perry
Seventh Day Adventists and some other groups believe when you die you are truly dead but then later there will be a resurrection and you will be alive again in a new body. That could be what she meant. Not an afterlife in the mainstream understanding as in 'as soon as you die your soul goes somewhere' but still an (eventual) life after death.
Ryder Bennett
That's a totally different dynamic. Men lead. Women follow. That's the Biblical position.
Matthew Perez
You can't make her do anything though. If things are not crystal clear before marriage, they're not going to get better in marriage.
Asher Parker
Perhaps.
Absolutely correct. But you never know. I wouldn't expect anything out of it, though.
My point was more that your parents' situation is different, and even more difficult. The fact that your father didn't change your mother is a sign you're right, though.
Lincoln Smith
You dodged a bullet user. In the end, she would have ended up cucking you.
Oliver Mitchell
There is a qt girl in my class and I want to ask her on a date. What do I do? I need help please.
Julian Taylor
ask her if she's Christian. If not, then don't worry, you don't have any reason to date her.
Easton Hernandez
Why are you asking so much for this QT wife? You have a disordered attachment to this idea when it may very well not be in God's plan. And so what if it isn't? He knows what is best for you and wills that, and He wills you to come to eternal union with him. So much of this board needs to hear this. Stop thinking your world revolves around this!
Owen King
Be confident, ask her out personally, not by texting.
Michael Ortiz
Yeah but its only natural that the strong desire for a wife probably means you're meant to have one like most people in human history
Jaxon Brown
I know women tend to be dumb and easily programmable drones but how does one that read the Bible "several times" come to the conclusion or believe in their congregation's belief that there is no afterlife and still call themselves a Christian? It's pretty blatant in the Gospels, Epistles, and Revelation
Benjamin Hughes
What kind of limp-wristed attitude is this? Isn't it our duty as christians to lead by examüple and spread the good news? If so, OP should ask for a second date and slowly, subtly, over time take this poor misguided girl to the right path.
Letting her go is passivity and unmanly.
Leo Wilson
...
Brandon Harris
Women aren't really the issue. There are a lot of men among JW too.
Xavier Myers
So what.
You can convert her. If she loves you she will.
Thomas Brown
An informal compliment is enough. It takes 5 seconds. She will get the message.
Dylan Rodriguez
Never even talked to her.
Dylan Torres
Don't be that naive bro. Even if she did convert, would you be sure she did for the right reasons or to just get you off her back? Can you imagine her leading a Christian life? I've never seen anyone text at church, for me that's worse than not going at all because at least you're being honest.
Lincoln Reyes
Do you think Jesus approves of this mindset and language?
Do you think he thought of his mother as an inferior, dumb drone?
Do you think Paul thought this way when he spoke about the admirable works women did, even leading and teaching men (outside of clergy)?
This board has a very significant issue with placing women into a category of lesser/bad/inferior and inflating their own ego. That is cruelty and pride.
Brody Nguyen

lol and yet not a catholic thread goes by without
and no warning! Funny innit?

You're supposed to treat them as sisters. After we are all brothers and sisters in Christ. It's sad when you see in a dating app that she is into feminism, demisexuality, atheism… but hell if I could change so can her.
But dating someone with the idea of converting her don't sound very convincing.
Luke Campbell
It's the duty of man to lead women.
If you get her to fall for you there is a good chance she will change her beliefs.
Robert Stewart
It is the duty of a HUSBAND not "a man" or "all men" to give up his life for his WIFE, not "a woman", not "all women". He is called to sacrifice himself for her as Jesus sacrificed himself for the church; gave up his life for it. A husband is called to be good FOR HER.
Leading her to good is good for her, yes, but the leading aspect isn't supposed to be "you are to control and dictate". You are. It called to be a hypermasculine tyrant.
You are supposed to be like Christ to her. What did Christ do for us? Did he lead and control, or did he set an example and say "follow me if you will"?
Jack Johnson
Yes, but those who don't suffer consequences.
Same for relationships. Don't twist the word to justify your limp wrist.
Elijah Sanchez
Those who don't what? A lot of people on here seem to use "men must lead" (which we must) as an excuse, as the other post said, to "control and dictate" like a "hypermasculine tyrant." The sin of pride abounds here, he was merely warning against that. That doesn't mean he has a "limp wrist"…
Andrew Brooks
99% sure she's one of Jehovah's Witnesses.
Look, I was raised a JW too. Don't get your hopes up, that she will convert and go to a church. JW are brainwashed on how evil the churches are, especially catholic. They despise the catholic church.
I wanted to become catholic after leaving this cult, but the JW-roots are strong. Every mass I attend makes me feel uncomfortable. When I see or hear these pastors and priests preaching, I feel annoyance.
And good luck trying to make her believe in hell, afterlife or the holy trinity. Here are some cornerpoints of their believes: Jesus is Archangel Michael, the only direct creation from God. Everything else was created with/through Jesus. There are no other archangels. All religions except JW are led by Satan. The people who write the watchtower-magazine are led by God. Everything they say must be believed. JW don't believe that there are souls. Your soul is just your body, your life. Everything you are will vanish when you die.
Literally 144.000 chosen JW will reign in heaven alongside Jesus. All the other JW will have eternal life on earth. All non-JW will get wiped out, alongside Satan.
JW are anti-patriotic and anti-nationalist. They couldn't care less for traditions, ancestors, father land or mother language. Only watchtower.
They base their believes on the bible, but twist some things. Every text who doesn't fit their narrative is considered "symbolic". Other texts, which are obviously symbolic, get a 100% literal meaning.
You probably won't win a debate on that matter, because JW are trained in bible debates from day one.
The most important thing in life is making more JW.
—————-
So back to your girl…
If she starts a relationship with you, she's in trouble. Her family and the church elders will pressure her into shutting you off. They say going into a relationship with worldy people (every non-JW is worldly) would make God sad… "Who do you love more, Jehovah or OP-user?" If she chooses you, she would lose every social contact, including her family.
Look, she will keep the contact as long as she thinks that there is hope that YOU will convert to her cult. I hope you won't go down that path. You shouldn't sell your soul for a woman.
There are some rare cases where a JW is married to a non-JW. It's a mess for everyone involved.
Only positive thing: JW-spouses are unlikely to cheat on you.
Ask your questions, I will answer.
Dylan Watson
As a place that people go in the next moment after death, nothing wrong here.
Does she believe all humans cease to exist at death? No belief in the resurrection? Pure heresy.
Ayden Harris
My friend, just last Sunday we celebrated Mary of Egypt, who led a dreadful life full of lust before repenting and turning entirely to God, and you can't see how someone who simply doesn't pay attention in church can become a proper Christian? Please tell me I've fallen for bait here, I don't want to believe that you're that stupid.
Brody Stewart
I have almost gave up on women…the only ones interested in me are the from other ethnic groups.
All I want is to be in love with God, and to be a "simple man": alone or with a woman, well…that's up to God.
James Carter
Have you considered begoming a monk?
Carter Ward
I have issues which would make that decision dangerous.
But who knows…I am leaving that door open, if it's in God's plans.
Noah Reed
You can be a monk and a hermit.
David Sanders
Bastardized versions of the Bible meant to push their sect’s agenda.
Brandon Johnson
What issues, friend? If you feel comfortable sharing.
Eli Powell
I still struggle with SSA.
That…could be the most difficult yet most rewarding “way out” from this world. I’ll have to pray and see if that’s the path God wants me to walk.
Jordan Roberts
Is it prideful to treat a child as a child, or is it moral?
If you treat a child as an adult, you're the prideful one by believing it can do certain things only full grown adults can. You believe that it is above its God given nature.
Same goes for women.
Hudson Martin
Is a father a tyrant for denying his child ice cream for lunch? Get out of here.
Authority is a consequence of capability.
Men have authority over women because of our natural superior fitness.
If you didn't realize that in your mundane experience, that means you are less capable physically and mentally than the average men who did.
Jack Russell
Forgot to answer part of it.
Those who don't go to fucking hell, literally the ultimate punishment.
Jackson Diaz
Ill pray to God that He guides you in a way that helps you feel fullfilled and helps you reconcile with your inner demons.
Godspeed, user.
Samuel Harris
You mean the actual Christians are interested in you? God forbid!
Luke Garcia
Well a-atleast shes happy and not headed to being a Catholic cat lady.
Lincoln Stewart
convert her
i was an atheist who did nothing but jack off and listen to how great muh socialism is until my Hispanic friend went to become catholic i have been going to church since i have learned about the crusades and become a hard believer in Christ
the thing was i was baptized Methodist and was born again 15 years later at the age of 20
just slowly convert her unless she is not a virgin and believes in abortion in which case leave asap
Jose Flores
Yes.
Are you seriously comparing the Mother of God to typical college thots?
Yes.
Andrew Robinson
I thought we had to raise kids as adults so they become competent. They're mini-adults as it is.
Aiden Wilson
would kys but that’s a sin
Christian Davis
Cooper Green
Those who don't lead as men go to hell? No, they're just being unwise and might live a less satisfactory life…
Joshua Thomas
Viet dentist is hella badling and he has the qt of qt-est azn waifus. Women care more about how you project and carry yourself as a man.
Nicholas Gonzalez
No I hate bald men.
Brandon Johnson
Are you a gril?
Brayden Nguyen
JWs are a cult and therefore nigh-unconvertible. Lost cause.
Elijah Bell
something to add here
2 guys from a church of JV tried to convince me in a skype meeting for 2 hours that JESUS is not god
they went mad after they coulnt manipulate me or change my faith
i still got the video of it i recorded it for security reasons because i did not knew if this would be their last try and they might try something darker than just a a meeting in skype
Brandon Stewart
lol. post.
Carter Thomas
Funny how all these false religions go out of their way to deny that Jesus is the Christ. Mormons believe in Jesus Christ of the Earth, Muslims believe Jesus was just a good guy and nothing more, and Jews think Jesus was a jerk. It's as if they originate from the same author…
Samuel Barnes
/thread.
There's a sain in the old country: "God gives, but doesn't drop it in your bag".
By all means and your descriptions, you have a great opportunity. Rejecting it because it's not "absolutely perfect", and you have to put in a little risk and effort is the most faggot excuse imaginable. Do your part.
Sebastian Ross
How do you feel about (((interracial marriage)))? God has dropped an Asian woman in my bag for the time being.
Chase Hughes
Evil and you should instead pursue a Christian lebanese woman
Gavin Davis
Excellent taste my dude
