Not.
Very
It happens.
On the whole, it's isolated.
Americans tend to be more respectful of women and so official policy of the DOD is to punish it severely.
As in lengthy prison sentences.
American servicemen tend to have a pretty anti rape attitude anyway.
There are notable exceptions though.
Among whites I wouldn't imagine it happened very much, though I remember reading somewhere there were quite a few cases during the civil war especially with Shermans march. Though it was probably common with spics and niggers when they were allowed in the military.
Excuse me gentlemen!
I'm sorry to interrupt, but I'm going to rape you
RIGHT NOW
As much as any other army throughout history. Not any more or any less than usual.
It is a meme to say they are isolated events. The Americans were no better than the Russians during ww2
There were WW1 French accounts talking about the raping done by burger soldiers, but it was really only the niggers doing it which shouldn't surprise anyone while the whites found it abhorrent.
On allies or the enemy? Because they did it a shit ton to their allies:

There was probably a whole lot more but just not reported. I'm also pretty sure there were major riots in Aussieland because GI's kept raping women and the command just let them continue.
