I will tell you though that we can easily achieve ordinance to defeat heavy armor like MRAP. Firstly preface with that there's number of us who own 50bmg rifle with ap ammo which can easily defeat weak spots on those armored targets. Making single shot 30mm with handloaded turned tungsten from ar15 buffer weight swaged in copper jacket or just turned brass, or pure copper bullet with sufficient velocity and weight it will zip thru MRAP. Those "shootin at MRAP" rifles are easy to make. But real weapon would be something akin to homemade shaped penetrator I dont know exact recipe but I can easily google and find it I have seen posted here. You can make plastic explosive from boiled bleach crystals mixed with pool chlorine plus ice bath or something then dip it in wax to seal it. Make enough of it to fill 10 gal barrel minus cone devote on top laid with thick copper cone as projectile. That… just might do something to Abraham .. think mount smaller barrel maybe size of say old milk can back in day in bed of half ton with thick plate between cab and bed to shield driver. that milk can with serial of large servo and have it track laser.
