No one brought up the constitution. You seriously see no problem in governments sending armed men to round up all of the privately owned weapons in the world (that's what would be required to 'ban' them, the language he used)? And the fact that he says that this should be done to remove 'fear of war', when it is governments that wage the wars in the first place? So the only people still armed would be the ones who are starting the wars that the disarmament was ostensibly intended to stop.
