I don't know, I've searched for greek, aramaic and latin words for love and nothings fits.
I simply don't know, I though there would be a better word for tough love but there isn't.

Wasn't until I was about 15 or 16 I knew what trans was, I tried alcohol, cannabis, sex, then repressing church, "manning up", nothing worked to stop the feelings.
Reached the point when I was about 18 or 19 where I was either going to try transitioning or try killing myself.
I've since tried reconciling my condition with religion, tried contemplating how it would go and if I could mentally cope if I tried detransitioning now.
I do feel comfortable in my own skin now, but also feel a deep sense of being spiritually unsettled, wrong and unfulfilled unlike I did before transition.

Really it depends on how well I "pass" as being female as to how comfortable I feel with my own body. It's not about being pretty or vanity, I feel much more at ease with my appearance as an ugly female than a handsome man.
Although regardless of my appearance knowing how I'm living feels like I'm doing something wrong at a deeper moral or spiritual level, which I didn't feel before transitioning.
Do I want to be a woman? I'd say I want to have a female physical appearance, and to be accepted socially as and treated as female, because that's what eases the dysphoria.
If there was a magic pill that made me a biological woman or got rid of my dysphoria so I could live as a man and feel comfortable in my skin, I'd take it.

I suspect it's the Greek's fault themselves for calling a city Φιλαδέλφεια (Philadelphia) in 189 BC. It's the weakest and most generalised of the four "love" words, so this was an easy transition, I think.
Aristotle and Plato used the word φῐλῐᾱ as a kind of adjective to say "a fondness for …"

Meanwhile, Agape (αγάπη), for example, is only a noun, its verb form being ἀγαπάω.
