It would be much quiet for sure, but also much more efficient. You see, the main problem on a ship is the crew you have to deal with. On merchant ships we're usually 18 dudes, and most of them are foreigners. What this means is that not only are most people on the ship from a different country with different culture and language, but you also see the exact same 18 people for 6 - 9 months, every day. For most, this makes life on ship very repetitive and miserable, and so in order to cope with it, the fuckers are loud as fuck every chance they get. Someone's birthday? Let's waste the entire night partying as loud as niggers and throw trash around. It's Christmas? Same thing, but even louder and with even more trash thrown around. Shit, sometimes the shitskins have their own obscure celebrations and the rest of the crew even though they have no idea what they're celebrating, organise a nigger loud party anyway.
And of course, you can't enjoy your meal or watch TV without the retards making noise. If the crew was made up only of ship autists, it would be a truly magical experience, free of niggery, shouting and with no stupid simple problems arising every day due to someone's incompetence.

If the treatment starts young enough (8-9) there is no hormonal of body shape difference with genetic women, only difference is chromosomal.
We had basic HRT in late 90s, which had almost no effect, while early 2000s had some effect but was needle based. But since then we have had long term implants, stuff that gets injected once and stays with the person for 20+ years providing the exact hormonal balance of the target gender. I've seen the younger 18-19 year old tgirls coming out now that have been on these types of advanced hormones since '09, '10, and there's no difference. Even breast size is similar.
The ONLY time it looks bad is if they started later in life (20s/30s) but most of those are shrill feminists lecturing everyone about body positivity.
And no, neither bi, gay nor trans people are common. But in a uni of a few thousand people there are at least a few hundred of us, which is the size of a small village, there are people of all walks of life.
