Who would you prefer be responsible for US relations? Is Fox outright admitting it does not believe in individual accountability? No matter who, or in fact what you are, the responsibility and consequences for any act falls on the self. So, yeah, how horrible a President he is - mantling the responsibility of ensuring past wrongs aren't repeated for a better tomorrow and as a result so far averting two stupid unnecessary wars with two states (North Korea, and now Russia).
