Trader Joe's Employee Murdered By Police Officers

The Los Angeles Police fired the shots that killed the employee of Trader Joe's before the hostage situation ever occurred. Suspect Gene Evin Atkins (nigger, aged 28) had shot his grandmother in South L.A., then sped off in his grandmother's car with a younger woman who may have also been injured.

Los Angeles police responded and gave chase to the automobile, which eventually crashed into a fire hydrant. After the crash, Atkins got out of the vehicle and started running towards Trader Joe's. Los Angeles police opened fire on Atkins, and they accidentally shot a female employee of Trader Joe's, killing her.

The police injured Atkins with a superficial wound to his left arm. They obviously aren't very good at aiming, because they only grazed the suspects arm, but murdered the innocent female employee who fell to the ground and died. To the ground and died

After this shootout, Atkins ran inside of Trader Joe's to hide from the gunfire. Within a relatively short amount of time, Atkins was on the phone with the police agreeing to turn himself over… He actually put the handcuffs on himself and walked out the front of the store and handed himself over to the police….

Shooting your grandmother isn't very cool, unless your grandmother's a fucking bitch… There are no reports yet of whether or not his grandmother was a stupid fucking bitch and deserved to be shot.

The Los Angeles police really fucked up, but we all know police always fuck everything up if given the opportunity… They fucked up initially by telling reporters Atkins was a teenager, when he was actually 28 years old. American law enforcement agencies have a cap on intelligence quotients, refusing to hire people with an IQ higher than 100, because of smart people don't make good cops, and stupid people like taking orders blindly for little pay. Cops suck dicks big-time.

They are supposed to be trained to handle situations like this, but they just started firing off rounds towards the Trader Joe's store, with no concern for anybody who might have been behind the glass of the store.

The police literally lasted all of the glass out of the front of the store, and of course they were going to be customers inside, so it just goes to show what fucking pieces of shit the police are.

Right now the Los Angeles Police Department and the Mayor of Los Angeles are lying and stalling, telling reporters that they're not sure who's bullet killed the employee. But that's bullshit, because they've already performed the autopsy on the woman, and they already have the slug they pulled out of her body, and they know God damn good and well their officers murdered that woman.

The reason they are stalling is because they are trying to put together a legal angle and develop a response for the Press. This is going to end up being a big deal in the medium, and they're going to try to protect their own ass as much as possible.

And the funniest part ?…
They charged Atkins with the aggravated murder of the employee, even though it was their bullets who killed her. They are trying to say it's Atkins' fault that they shot her….

It's obvious he didn't shoot her, because he was running towards the store, and he was firing his gun and the opposite direction towards the cops. The only possible trajectory for the bullet that killed her came from the police officers, not from Atkins.

It's not right that they are charging him with aggravated murder of the store employee, because he did not murder the store employee. The Police murdered the store employee, out of an act of negligence and stupidity. Of course they are going to try to shift the blame onto the suspect, and he should certainly be charged with several crimes, including shooting his grandmother, Grand Theft Auto, fleeing the scene of an accident, and firing his weapon at police.

But it turns out he never really took hostages inside of Trader Joe's. He ran inside the store, and because the police had shot all of the windows out, everybody in the store ran to the back to hide from the bullets.

The police had killed the employee before the suspect ever entered the store.

As true as that may be, still wasn't murder.

Felony Murder. If someone is killed in connection with a felony you commit, then you killed them. If you knock the first domino down, you don't get to blame it on someone else when the last one falls.

One of the first thing they teach you in most concealed weapons classes is to be aware of what is in the background past your target. Pity a poorly trained police officer got worked up and killed someone but if it were anyone else would he get off the hook or have someone other than himself to blame? No civilian would get away with such a fuckup.

That's one of the first things they trained anybody in any firearm safety class, whether it's a concealed carry class or hunter's safety class…

It's just common sense. They shouldn't have to train anybody that if you point a weapon and fire it in any direction, whoever you're pointing it at will get shot.

A man whose bid to become a police officer was rejected after he scored too high on an intelligence test has lost an appeal in his federal lawsuit against the city.

The 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in New York upheld a lower court’s decision that the city did not discriminate against Robert Jordan because the same standards were applied to everyone who took the test.

“This kind of puts an official face on discrimination in America against people of a certain class,” Jordan said today from his Waterford home. “I maintain you have no more control over your basic intelligence than your eye color or your gender or anything else.”

He said he does not plan to take any further legal action.

Jordan, a 49-year-old college graduate, took the exam in 1996 and scored 33 points, the equivalent of an IQ of 125. But New London police interviewed only candidates who scored 20 to 27, on the theory that those who scored too high could get bored with police work and leave soon after undergoing costly training.

Most Cops Just Above Normal The average score nationally for police officers is 21 to 22, the equivalent of an IQ of 104, or just a little above average.

Jordan alleged his rejection from the police force was discrimination. He sued the city, saying his civil rights were violated because he was denied equal protection under the law.

But the U.S. District Court found that New London had “shown a rational basis for the policy.” In a ruling dated Aug. 23, the 2nd Circuit agreed. The court said the policy might be unwise but was a rational way to reduce job turnover.

Here's where he crashed the car right in front of Trader Joe's. The police car was behind him, and when he jumped out of the car he ran towards the front door. Their line of fire was directly at the glass windows at the storefront, and if they were going to squeeze the trigger, you would think they would be aiming at the suspect, but instead they fired off enough rounds to blow the glass out of the windows and the door, while only grazing the suspect once in the left arm.

SoCal user here, LAPD are infamous for this. During the Christopher Dorner manhunt years back they opened fire on a truck that vaguely resembled the suspects without provocation, injuring the two Korean women inside.

This is awful. Police should be held to the same standard as CCW, and every CCW knows to check their backstop. When they're worse than the average civilian with a gun on their person, that really speaks to the quality of their training.

And to follow up, I don't think the police committed murder- no, whoever set the standards and trained them has committed murder. When you're in a gunfight, almost anyone will fall back on their training.
