Not really. I think that the main problem is going to be the brakes. Obviously with concrete runways you run into the problem of a certain buildup over time.
This buildup will make slowing down after touchdown a lot more difficult, so they will either have to use parachutes. But those will cause even more problems, mainly because they have to be folded properly and cleaned regularly.
Maybe it's just my inner maniac speaking, but I think RATOL might be appropriate.

Those are the standard CFTs that we've had since forever. Lockheeb uses them to pad the F-16's laughable full-load combat radius, but only Israel and Greece actually use them because they make the plane turn like an F-4.

Aircraft crop dusting gear is cheap and simple enough that it wouldn't be a problem for a military budget or their engineering teams; also while the explosives are usually the cheapest part of a modern bomb it couldn't possibly be cheaper than something that every man on the airbase is producing themselves at least once a day. Hell, mix in their urine too to really max out the savings and efficiency improvements!

F-22 is pretty garbage, but it's better than F-35. In fact it's the best 'stealth' fighter in the world, but that doesn't mean much since stealth fighters take an instant hit on performance, price, maintenance, deployability, reliability, etc…

F-22 had a good frame though, it could have been easily fixed before they destroyed the tooling to prevent the enemy from getting it prevent America from building a stealth fighter that was less overpriced.

In fact survivability itself is a meme. It takes 5 million dollars to train a fat civilian into a high speed low drag fighter pilot. Obviously in WWII when planes were about 1.5 million dollars (adjusted) the pilot was the most important component, and risking the mission and the airframe to save a pilot made sense.
But even immediately after WWII the jets that came out cost like 10 million (adjusted) and today we have 100 million dollar planes. The pilot isn't the most expensive component, it no longer makes sense to degrade mission capability or the airframe to save a fucking pilot.
This is the main reason why stealth is a fucking joke, this is why the F-35 carries around customer flags as "kill" markings. An F-22 wing plus pilot training cost lumped in can be used to train 1000 pilots and build 1000 airframes with similar raw performance supersonic, 20km altitude, 6xMedium missiles or 2x1000lb bomb just by removing the stealth angle, and losing a few hundred of them to complete a mission is actually a good payoff.
